Some individuals are more vulnerable than others to fall victim of such situations and ultimately end up in some sort of depression, personality or psychiatric issues. Apart from that poverty and gender based biasness also present challenges to our society. Keeping this thing in mind, Zahra Relief Organization is aimed to target these areas to fulfill the dream of healthy and prosperous society on a larger scale.
At Zahra Relief Organization, we believe that mental health is not a luxury — it is a fundamental human right. Every individual deserves the chance to live with dignity, purpose, and peace of mind, regardless of their background, gender, or circumstances.
In Pakistan, millions silently struggle with mental health and drug addiction issues. Women, in particular, face immense psychological burdens due to stigma, social isolation, and limited access to care. Sadly, too many suffer in silence, untreated and unheard.
Our mission is to change that.
